Introduction
一、 Main structural features of machine tools:
1、The 45° slanted bed is cast in one piece and is made of high-strength cast iron. The reinforcing ribs are optimally arranged through finite element analysis, high-strength cast iron materials, resin sand molding, and sufficient secondary aging and natural aging to make the basic parts of the machine tool highly rigid and ensure the stability of the machine tool for long-term use.
2、Both X and Z axes use high-precision, high-load capacity, and high-reliability linear rolling guides. The Z axis uses a 6-slider design to greatly increase rigidity, and with automatic forced lubrication, it reduces the friction resistance of the feed motion and improves the accuracy and life of the machine tool; the feed speed and positioning accuracy of the machine tool are higher.
3、The tailstock part is programmable control, the sleeve is an internal rotation structure, and the use of a pin can greatly improve the cutting stability and accuracy. The tailstock body is locked by hydraulic automatic locking, and the overall movement is standardly equipped with hydraulic automatic, and servo motor drive is optional.
4、The spindle adopts a combination of large-diameter precision angular contact thrust ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings. The high-power and high-torque servo motor drives the spindle, which has excellent rigidity and high torque at low speed.
