DONGS Machine Tool TCK1000 Hard Rail Milling Compound Interpolation Y-Axis Successfully Arrived in Europe
Recently, the TCK1000 hard rail turning and milling compound CNC machine tool independently developed and produced by DONGS Machine Tools was successfully shipped and arrived at the European customer site. This equipment not only represents a new breakthrough in compound processing technology of DONGS Machine Tools, but also marks another strong appearance of Chinese high-end CNC equipment in the international market.
In the shipping process, the DONGS machine tool team strictly follows international transportation standards for professional wooden box packaging and structural reinforcement. From equipment protection to logistics scheduling, every process is precisely controlled to ensure that the equipment "arrives safely and lands intact." Figure 1 shows the equipment's domestic packaging preparation process. The entire shipping box structure is stable and tightly protected; Figure 2 records the key moment when the equipment is hoisted and unloaded at the European customer's factory. The on-site technicians are carrying out the pre-installation preparation work in an orderly manner.
