Introduction
1. The 45° inclined bed and base are integrally cast and formed with high-strength cast iron. The finite element analysis optimizes the arrangement of reinforcement ribs, high-strength cast iron materials, resin sand molding, and sufficient secondary aging and natural aging, so that the basic parts of the machine tool have high rigidity and ensure the stability of the machine tool for long-term use; with automatic forced lubrication, the friction resistance of the feed movement is greatly reduced, and the accuracy and life of the machine tool are improved.
The sub-spindle is divided into programmable control, the sleeve is an internal rotation structure, and the use of a dead ejector can greatly improve the cutting stability and accuracy. The tailstock body is locked by hydraulic automatic locking, and the overall movement is standardly equipped with hydraulic automatic, and servo motor drive is optional.
2. X and Z axes adopt high-precision, high-load capacity and high-reliability rectangular sliding guide rails. The joint surface is affixed with imported wear-resistant plastic belts. After manual precision scraping and automatic forced lubrication, the friction resistance of feed movement is reduced, and the machine tool accuracy and life are improved;
3. The spindle adopts a combination of large-diameter precision angular contact thrust ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings. The powerful spindle servo motor is matched with a hydraulic automatic shift gearbox, which has excellent rigidity and high torque at low speed.
Optional center frame: Taiwan Xiehong C-type self-centering hydraulic center frame is adopted, and the movement of the center frame is driven by a servo motor.
Optional sub-spindle: This machine is equipped with a sub-spindle. The movement of the sub-spindle is precisely controlled by the servo motor. When the sub-spindle is static, it is locked by a hydraulic locking mechanism to ensure processing stability.
Y-axis part: The interpolation Y-axis structure is adopted to ensure processing stability and rigidity. The bed tilt angle is 45+30 degrees and the interpolation cutting processing angle is 75 degrees, which is convenient for loading and unloading workpieces. It is the best angle for processing large diameter products such as large cylinders.
Optional power turret: This machine uses the original BMT85 power turret imported from Taiwan, equipped with a powerful power motor to provide sufficient torque to meet processing needs.
